Strange Fruit Walkthrough

 You can obtain this quest after completing several in Noctis from a mutant person of interest. Head to the question mark point on the map and speak to the merchant there. You can make a charisma check or pay 50 Serum for the information. Head to the next objective and speak to the fanatics. Return where you can denounce them or persuade the mutant to not kill them, which will result in a loss of 1 Reputation with the Free Mutants.
