Scattered Clients Walkthrough

 This quest is obtained from Fiorello in the Exchange. Head to the quartermaster in the Barraks and alert him. Afterwards head to the Slums and speak to the other merchant and make your way back to Fiorello. He will reward you with xp and 100 Serum.
