A Well in the Desert Walkthrough
This quest comes availalbe in the Mutant Valley after you have chosen a new leader. Speak with Scum and ask for work and he'll send you to search for a pump. You'll have to go the whole way around to access the well in question. You will be forced to steal the missing part from another area. Depending on who you steal it from, you will lose 1 Reputation with them.
