A Bothersome Witness Walkthrough
You can obtain this quest from an NPC behind Anton's hideout. You have to wait 24 hours before speaking with the merchant by the person of interest symbol on the map. It is available during the Extortion Under Threat quest. Speak to Anton Rogue and let him know about the betrayal for +2 Reputation with the Vory. Alternatively you can wait for the timer to count down and go back to the trader. Another timer of 12 hours will begin. Once there, take him to the marker to finish the quest and lose 4 Vory Reputation.
